Hey guys, this is Tory with a quick update! We got up this morning at 7 am and met at the hotel restaurant for a team meeting and breakfast. We now know we have a flight to London...but none to India. A bit of a problem! So now we are hanging out in our hotel rooms while Craig and my dad (Pastor Brad) are working hard on the phones to get us to Hyderabad as quickly possible. There are several options for how to do this, but none of them fit our budget or time limit. Everyone is a little discouraged, but overall surprisingly energetic. It was VERY NICE to sleep in a soft bed and take a hot shower. We are all praying HARD that God's work will be done through all of this...and believing it will. Your thoughts and prayers are VERY needed.
Here are a few specific prayer requests:
--That the people at United will soften their hearts and find a way to get us to India ASAP
--That Craig, Brad, and Earl (our travel agent) will have the wisdom to know what to do
--That the team's attitude will stay positive
--That our luggage (in a container at the SF airport) will stay safe
